Princess Anne made a flying visit to The Princess Royal Trust for Carers centre on Tonbridge High Street. This is one of several trips the Princess made to the borough during Derek Stills time as the Mayor for Tonbridge and Malling. Listen to Derek share his memories of meeting Princess Anne and a chance encounter with ‘The King’ during his time in the army, followed by Anne Clement recalling another royal visitor to the town during her school days.
